Join a group of women in person in Calgary, AB, for a three-hour Learn to Meditate workshop. You’ll spend the afternoon with like-minded women as you learn a core meditation practice to calm your mind, nourish your body, and feed your soul.

The Compassionate Mind has a vision to build The Calgary Meditation Collective as a movement in Calgary that aims to promote unity, connection, and compassion. Our goal is to bring people from all different spiritual traditions and disciplines together to foster wholeness and unity consciousness.

We believe that meditation and mindfulness practices are essential for promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and we want to make these practices accessible to everyone in our community.

The Compassionate Mind was founded in 2014 to share contemporary meditation and mindfulness practices for people to live with greater inner peace and well-being.

At TCM, we envision a world where people have simple, practical tools to live with less stress and greater ease. 

A practical, holistic approach to meditation and mindfulness has changed the lives of many folks, improving their health, relationships and sense of purpose.

While TCM holistic meditation practices are intended to nourish and restore our bodies, minds, and souls, they are not associated with any particular spiritual or religious traditions. Instead, they’re grounded in current research that supports a holistic view of human beings for flourishing.
